Our Consultants are constantly networking to add to our growing database of candidates from all sectors and functions. We continually track, assess and update this network which gives us constant up to date access to a large pool of candidates and allows us to respond quickly to any recruitment need.
Some assignments will require advertising to increase the pool of candidates available for selection. They could be multiple hire projects where a larger pool of candidates is required. Alternatively the location of the role, either nationally or internationally, may mean that advertising is part of the solution we recommend.
We will regularly use on line advertising to raise the awareness of the opportunities we manage in a number of carefully selected job sites that consistently deliver the quality and quantity of candidates required for our roles. When advertising in the press, we will provide full consultation on the composition and positioning of the advert and a strong recommendation on which publication will ensure an optimum response.
We have a track record of managing large scale talent projects for a number of clients across a range of functional areas and sectors. We have a well developed project management methodology which allows us to manage high volume recruitment projects on a consistent basis.
