Shane Sibraa

Shane is a founding partner of the Argyll Scott Asia business. Having lived in Asia for 15 years, Shane was a founding member of one of the largest global recruitment firms Japan operations. As a highly successful consultant in the banking industry, Shane spent the next 3 years developing the Tokyo office into the leading brand in its field.

In November 2002, Shane was appointed Director of the Hong Kong office where he turned a loss making business into one that in 2007 made over GBP3m trading profit. Shane's role then moved into that of Managing Director, Greater China where he successfully executed a joint venture between the firm and a local China partner, going on to successfully integrate the two businesses into a profitable operation in its first year.

As a permanent resident in Hong Kong and with the senior relationships he has developed throughout his career, Shane is perfectly placed to ensure that Argyll Scott becomes the pre-eminent brand in Asia.
