Our client, an international food producer experiencing fast growth, needed to rebuild and upgrade the capabilities of its HR function and co-locate their HQ between New Zealand and Singapore to gain access to global talent and growing new markets. Based on our strong relationship with the HR Director, we were approached to conduct a targeted and proactive search for a critical position to support key business functions and stakeholders, as well as two additional support roles within their HR organisation.
Despite this being an exclusive contingent search, we treated it the same as a retained search, utilising our Senior Associate, as well as conducting a targeted search. We also developed a branded advertising solution to attract the right talent, creating compelling content that reflected the client’s brand.
