Chris is responsible for managing and further developing the interim and project consulting business in Hong Kong for the Argyll Scott brand. For the last 3.5 years I have built out teams to ensure clients have the right resource at the right times to execute their transformation agendas.
He focuses on the placement of project managers, program managers, change managers and PMO resources. Alongside this we have built a strong team of consultants who focus on the SME and technical delivery requirements for the programs across finance, actuarial, tech, and data deliverables.
What’s in it for clients? Essentially our key aim is to ensure clients have a cost effective and high-quality alternative to the ‘’traditional’’ consultancy model in Asia. We believe securing the right transformation team shouldn’t have to be a huge drain to their operational cash flow.
