About the role
This is a senior regional leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the people strategy across Asia. Working closely with the regional COO and senior business leaders, the role combines strategic influence with operational oversight. You will lead the HR function across multiple markets, partner with leadership on key business decisions, and play a central role in driving talent, culture and organisational effectiveness. The remit includes succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and supporting senior hiring initiatives, alongside ensuring strong governance, compliance and HR operational excellence across jurisdictions.
What we’ll like to see in you
You are an experienced HR leader with a strong track record operating at Director or Head level within complex, matrixed environments, ideally within professional services or similarly partner-led organisations. You bring strong commercial acumen and understand how people strategy directly impacts business performance. You have led talent and succession initiatives, are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, and have experience navigating multiple markets within Asia. You are equally credible in strategic discussions and hands-on execution, with a forward-looking mindset that embraces data, technology and change.
