A leading company that provides the whole range of the brand's products across the Southeast Asia and Pacific (APAC) region. It has a key hub for the company's global production activities supporting the consumer, solutions and components and devices business.

Company is the Regional headquarters of APAC, and role will be part of a division of the company providing IT Services in the APAC Region. It is responsible for providing IT Leadership, Operations, Delivery and Solutions with its Centre of Excellence.

About the job

  • Lead by example and be a role model of Agile Values and Product principles
  • Teach teams to understand the difference between the Agile mindset ("Being Agile) and Agile Practices ("Doing Agile") and the characteristics needed in teams to embrace Agile and Devops mindset
  • Strong Technical Product management experience in setting up cross-functional squads and persistent teams
  • Cultivate the culture of Inspect and Adapt and to be value-driven and flexible in the way we think and behave; not just stand ups and iterations
  • Organize and facilitate collaboration events such as Scrum of Scrums, Showcases/Review and Quarterly Big Room Planning session
  • Coach the Product Owner to enable shared understanding of the Product Vision & what is coming in the product roadmap.
  • Coach the teams to work with the technical and business leads to ensure the highest risk stories are prioritized early in the feature development, aligning to product roadmap
  • Coach teams through software engineering practices by helping to adopt engineering best practices, pipeline automation, automated testing, and the recommended tool stack
  • Coach the scrum master to aggressively address impediments, dependencies, risks, and issues, to ensure the continuous flow of work and build a culture of transparency.
  • Coach Tech Delivery Leads on maintaining adequate financial hygiene through accurate Build Forecasts, timely Charge-out of Actual project expenses and overall Budget management for their specific Build initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Learning council to curate learning journeys that provide adequate learning opportunities to tech staff such that they can build a T-Shaped capability
  • Coach teams to ensure compliance requirements & outcomes comply with standards or with organization-specific rules, such as those for data security.
  • Support & contribute to internal Community of Practices at enterprise level forums and guilds
  • Develop and deliver agile training sessions/workshop

Skills & experiences required

  • A proven track record of successfully implementing software products using Agile way of working & governance/reporting
  • 6+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, coaching multi-disciplined teams and scaling agile
  • 6+ years of experience in SCRUM, KANBAN, DevOps, LEAN, SAFe and Design Thinking
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle models and ability to transform the delivery from a traditional project management approach to a more agile product delivery approach
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, planning, and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
  • Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate Agile development support tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
  • People management skills: ability to deal with people at all levels
  • Able to cope with pressure, prioritise workload
  • Able to grasp the strategic perspective as well as the tactical.
  • Very good presentation and written communication skills
  • Candidates with less experience will consider as Scrum Master
