Argyll Scott is working with leading Fintech company. According to the expansion of their business growth, they are now expanding the team of "Application Support Consultant" based in Bangkok.

We are looking for candidate that experience as the Application Support consultant with background in DevOps and familiar with testing tools. In addition, you will be expected to support authentication for application issues from user and deal with Developer or Vendor to fix the problem.

Key responsibilities:

· Investigate software issues from customers and internal teams to utilize production and integration environment

· Cooperate with developer team and vendors to manage the product technical problem

· Provide immediate technical assistance to global service operation teams for major service outage

· Provide expertise recommendation to service improvement, software verification and release

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer science, Computer Engineering, Business Computer, or relevant field

· Minimum 3 years of experience in related technical support roles

· Strong analytical skills, Communication skills, highly responsible and self-motivated

· Understand in C#, .NET, Phyton, or Java

· Strong knowledge in SQL and testing tools

· Fluent English communication skills

· Thai nationality only
