Argyll Scott is now working with one of the leading F&B companies in our field area. We are looking for a talented in Area Sales Management to manage direct account sales teams to deliver sales results

Day to day:

Managing direct account sales teams to achieve sales targets while adhering to established standards and the allocated budget.
Collaborating closely with the sales team, providing intensive coaching to help them achieve key sales objectives such as sell-in, sell-out, and visibility targets.
Demonstrating expertise in field sales cycle planning and the ability to lead others in its effective execution.
Actively working with the Regional Sales Manager and Area Sales Executive to optimize costs and maximize sustainable sales growth and profits from local key account customers.
Ensuring the responsible sales team adheres to all Company principles and policies, including Trade Spending and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Area Sales Manager role, with a strong background in a supervisory capacity.
Good command of the English language, along with computer skills, especially in MS-Office applications.
Experience in effectively managing a team is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Own a car and possess a valid driving license, as the position may require travel within the assigned area.
You must be able to work within the designated area as assigned by the company.
