Description

Argyll Scott is working with one of the leading international insurance company in searching for "Assistant Customer Experience Manager", a position in which you will be responsible for designing and improving customer journey via strategic touch point in order to create a meaningful and satisfied engagement between company's and customer.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the manager to establish customer journey improving customer satisfaction
  • Develop and establish customer roadmap, perform and develop communication strategy to foster customer engagement and grow lifetime value-with personalized, targeted, or other relevant marketing communications to be engaged
  • Utilize data analysis-both internal and external-to get customer behavior insights which can help developing customer strategy, customer segmentation, and customers performance monitoring
  • Handle data validation, along with tracking customers and ongoing marketing campaigns, in order to magnify the best business opportunities and customer experience
  • Collaborate with other parties to build and design engaging activities, programs, or campaigns for customers
  • Project, coordinate, and execute campaigns for customers from end to end-also analyzing, evaluating, and reporting-to enhance customer engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to make sure that campaigns will be aligned with company's strategy

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience working with CRM Marketing or related fields
  • Strong proficiency in English is required
  • Able to work and manage stakeholders from cross functional; details oriented and well organized
  • Solid interpersonal and good collaboration skills
  • Great analytical and project management skills
  • Experience in both database marketing and database management
  • Hands-on with data of customers from sources
  • A Strategic thinking with understanding of relational data
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of digital marketing landscape, campaign launching, tools, and technologies
