Job Description
- Talent Acquisition focus
- Implement talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process in a fast-paced environment including but not limited to proactive sourcing, CV screening, selection assessment, and on/off-boarding procedures, etc
- Develop effective talents sourcing strategies
- Prepare the visa application for non-local staff
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Generate monthly TA statistic updates for management review
- Assist in HR & Admin operations when required
You Should Have
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation
- Disciplined, detail-minded, responsible, hardworking, mature, with strong organization skills
- Able to cope in a fast pace working environment and have effective time-management
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
