The client is a distributor of K-Beauty Giants - famous for products that promote Korean glass skin; that is the latest fad in town- with a growing profit margin bolstered by expanding brands portfolio and sales channels, as well as extensive marketing plans. He / she will be working for the biggest Beauty Company in Korea and will have the opportunity to handle different brands and also be exposed to the culture that is very uniquely them.

Reporting to: Country Manager Malaysia
Direct Reports: 12 Headcounts

The Brand General Manager will be the Team Leader who is responsible for developing plans and initiatives that support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy of the Brand. The Manager collaborates with the Global Marketing team to ensure the brand remains relevant to consumers and that all initiatives support the brand promise. He / she is responsible for the sales and profit of the brand.

Required Skills
* SAP, People Management, CRM, Leadership And Mentoring
* At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field especially in FMCG /Beauty Industry
* 3-4 year(s) experience in Senior Manager role specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
