C# Developer - Front Office IT - $50-70k P/M - rolling 12 month contract

We are currently partnered with a global financial institution committed to delivering innovative banking solutions to clients worldwide. We are currently seeking a skilled C# Developer to join our Front Office IT team.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and Maintenance:
Design, develop, test, and maintain C# applications to support Front Office IT requirements.
Implement and enhance FIX connectivity solutions for efficient trade execution and communication.
FIX Connectivity:
Work closely with trading desks and stakeholders to ensure seamless FIX connectivity across various systems and platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Negotiations and Streaming:
Collaborate with Front Office teams to understand requirements for negotiations and streaming functionalities.
Implement and optimize systems for efficient trade negotiations and real-time streaming of market data.
Integration:
Integrate C# applications with existing systems and databases to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end solutions.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, design, and technical specifications.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a C# Developer, preferably within the financial sector.
Experience with negotiations and streaming functionalities in a Front Office IT environment.
Familiarity with real-time data processing and integration with trading systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Skills:
Proficient in C# programming language.
Knowledge of FIX protocol and related technologies.
Experience with negotiation and streaming frameworks.
Understanding of Front Office IT processes within a global banking environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
