Our client is a global leader in FMCG with over 50 brands in their portfolio. Currently they are looking for Commercial/Sales director position to grow the business further in TH market. This role will report directly to the Managing Director of TH.
Responsibilities:
- Grow TH revenue and maintain the maintain the category lead.
- Lead and transform the be the best distributor network model for sales growth in every channel (TT, MT, HORECA, etc).
- Lead a very large commercial team (Sales & Marketing).
- Create, Set, and plan road map of sales target and how to achieve that growth.
- Develop new partnerships.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in Sales management
- Top tier FMCG background
- Experience in both General Trade and Modern Trade is a must.
- Passionate and open mind-set.
