They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Communication Manager to lead our communication efforts, ensuring brand alignment with the regional context. This role will be instrumental in driving both internal and external communication strategies, while overseeing customer complaints and CSR initiatives to ensure alignment with our regional brand objectives. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Communication and Public Affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Corporate Communication Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the brand's reputation and strengthening our communication channels both internally and externally. You will lead a team of two professionals dedicated to CSR and customer complaints. Your primary responsibility will be to drive strategic communication initiatives that resonate with key stakeholders and align with brand values.
· Lead and manage a team of two professionals responsible for CSR and customer complaints. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
· Develop and execute comprehensive Sustainability and CSR strategies that align with our corporate objectives and make a positive impact on society.
· Oversee the handling of customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
· Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies that reinforce our brand identity and values.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, government agencies, NGOs, and industry associations.
· Develop and implement crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate any potential brand reputation issues.
· Ensure effective internal communication practices to engage and inform employees about company updates and initiatives.
· Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and media inquiries, to enhance the company's image in the market.
· Manage budget for corporate communication and public affairs activities.
Qualifications:
· Master's degree in communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
· Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
· Crisis management and issues-handling experience.
· Knowledge of CSR principles and best practices.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
· Fluent English and Thai communication skills both in writing and speaking
