Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the customer service team to provide top-notch service and support to our clients. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, optimizing processes, and improving service quality
- Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service quality and ensure prompt response times.
- Continuously review and optimize customer service processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and production, to improve the overall customer experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English
