Argyll Scott is helping the client looking for Data Engineering Manager .This role will responsible for leading of data engineers and a data governance officer as well as ncludes planning, directing, coordinating, supporting, and monitoring activities of one or more project teams involved in the analysis, design, development, and implementation initiatives.

- Manage a data platform team consisting of data engineers and a data governance officer
- Be an effective people manager to a team of high-performing team

- Support team to execute project plans and deliver commitments

- Involve in team expansion and scaling at a fast growth rate
- Make sure that the technology stack handles the needs of the product and is flexible enough to scale as requirements change and usage increases
- Understand technical architectures, tooling needs, automation plans, product launch plans, and other issues and crehensive plans for prioritizing technical and resourcing challenges
Key Requirements;
- 5+ years of experience working in data engineering, or a related domain
- 2+ years of engineering people management and leading an agile team experience
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Python
- Experience with solution building and data architecting with public cloud offerings such as GCP BigQuery, GCS, Dataform
- Experience driving the vision, defining and executing a plan for BI and Data Warehousing across a product vertical
- Experience developing data quality such as correctness, completeness, and accuracy, across the product vertical
- Experience with the design, building, and launching of new data models and data pipelines in production
