A NASDAQ listed billion-dollar revenue footwear company is looking for an illustrious Ecommerce Merchandising Director to join its Asia office. You will be the expert in delivering the global product visions through the curation of merchandise assortment in each country's ecom platform, and achieving business KPIs with highly robust and strategic inventory management.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve commercial KPIS with the expertise in revenue planning, product margin, pricing and promotions for each network
- Champion product feedback from local country feedback to global teams
- Design and coordinate calendar of events in each market and across business units to drive excellent inventory management and buying strategies as omni-channel
- Lead the buying process during the seasonal buying campaigns to create the best-fit assortment for each network, reflecting the global product visions and local market understanding
Key requirements
- Eligible and available for relocation to North Asia
- Experienced in merchandising for either principal brand/retail or ecommerce channel
- Master in coordinating across multiple geographical locations through numerous stakeholders
- Track record successes in achieving business turnaround, building team across geographical locations, and managing several direct reports
