Our client who has an outstanding reputation in Banking Industry. One of the leader in the business which has a track record of consistently expanding their markets. They are seeking End user/Desktop Support to be a part of the team; the role will be based in Singapore.

As the Associate End User/ Desktop Support, you will be critical for tech implementation and end user support for the organization.

What you will be doing:

  • Initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensure all activities conducted are compliant with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
  • First and second level technical system support to all production systems being used by the users
  • Providing high quality support services to its users and executives.
  • Escalate when applicable and provide recommendations to management with regards to resolution
  • Provide effective day-to-day end user technical support to all the users on production systems including PCs, printers, applications and system administration.
  • Perform PC refresh, plan and deploy for new hire, installation of equipment, PC moves service request within SLA and ensure assets tracking is updated
  • Record and maintain assets inventory system

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experienced and skilled working with Windows, Android, MacOS and IOS devices
  • Microsoft Office: Advanced of Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • ITIL certification preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced/demanding environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving
  • Willingness to accept additional responsibilities
  • Must be highly motivated individual that can work as part of a team to accomplish goals
  • To succeed in this Support role, the staff needs to have strong end-to-end knowledge of infrastructure, desktop, with any experience working within financial services being desirable
