Responsibilities

  • To define franchise marketing strategy which will steer the franchise business approach to the market including channel strategy, resource allocation, customer engagement framework and delivering sales, market share targets, volume, turnover and profits
  • Set clear direction and vision for franchise team to achieve company objectives
  • Drive monthly, quarterly and yearly sales to achieve financial objectives
  • Create mutually productive relationships and strong network with all relevant stakeholder groups, including key opinion leaders, key prescribers and key decision makers as well as distributor colleagues in-market
  • Ensure field visit targets are set at the optimal levels and consistently
  • Regularly review field force configurations to continuously ensure high productivity and determine the best set-up that will optimize top- and bottom-line results
  • Ensure team member adhere to the highest ethical standards in the industry and abide by the Bayer Code of Conduct and other integrity and compliance guidelines and policies. Also undertake all mandatory and corporate trainings, i.e. PReMA code of conduct, Adverse Event Reporting, Sourcing Procedure, Travel and Expense Guidelines
  • Drive sales and marketing excellence initiatives (e.g. WISE plan concept, S&T, IMCM,…,etc.) in the responsible franchise to ensure that team reach out to right customer, right message and the customer offer fits the customer requirements

Qualifications

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in Marketing or Sales from MNC pharmaceutical companies

  • Pharmaceutical plus MBA background will be preferable

  • Experience in obstetrics & gynecology, cardiology and endocrinology will be an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skill required: quantitative, market, qualitative, people

  • Good command in written and spoken English and Thai

  • Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft office

  • Strong leadership capability, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure

  • Be able to travel both local and oversea business trip

Has own car with driving license
