Responsibilities

  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal parties to analyze technical needs and functional requirements and deliver required documents and innovative solutions that align with the group's IT strategy and are viable for operations.
  • Reconciliation of business priorities and technical constraints to drive discussions, support, and challenge requirements
  • Analyze user responses and UX analytics data to examine product performance and determine the right technical approach for development initiatives.
  • Perform system analysis on software programs, applications, and web services to provide the foundation for technical workshops on E-Commerce initiatives.
  • planning a project, managing the scope, and managing the vendors
  • Manage change effectively
  • Interaction and coordination between the Central Digital, APAC, and local E-Commerce teams (e.g., cross-system UAT sessions, common functionality, etc.)
  • Organize project steering committees, provide guidance and assess the project's schedule and progress.
  • Track project risks and choose corrective actions to reduce the impact on cost and delay.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of expertise in developing E-Commerce IT products for retail, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Solid knowledge of tools (Shopify, APIm), methodology, and process design
  • An advantage would be knowledge in integrating heterogeneous systems (such as CRM, POS, ESB, and APIs).
