Our client is a leading multinational corporation with a strong global presence in various industries. They are committed to delivering exceptional products to customers and maintaining their position as a leader in the industry.

They are urgently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic leader as the Head of Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our international marketing strategy, working in partnership with the global team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all markets. The qualified candidate will be based in Bangkok and will oversee marketing efforts in multiple countries, managing teams and stakeholders across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement international marketing strategies that align with the overall corporate strategy.
  • Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all markets.
  • Build and lead a high-performing international marketing team, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across all markets, including internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for each market, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing spend.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying new opportunities to drive growth and increase market share.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing in B2B / B2B2C, with a focus on international marketing and managing cross-functional teams - FMCG background is preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams across different cultures and geographies.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful international marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and use insights to drive marketing strategy.
  • THAI Nationality, Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus.
