Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain, you will be leading a team of 12 people. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement APAC supply chain strategies to optimize inventory management, procurement, production planning, and logistics operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, transportation, and customer service, to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution.
- Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster a high-performance culture.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance productivity across the supply chain.
- Develop strong relationships with key suppliers, third-party logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of materials and finished products.
- Evaluate and mitigate supply chain risks through robust risk management processes, including establishing backup and contingency plans.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management to enhance our competitive advantage.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at driving supply chain excellence and delivering business results.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and ethical practices across the APAC supply chain.
