Head of Travel Retail
Our client is a Global alcohol brand with their Regional office in Singapore. They are expanding their Travel Retail team to compliment their growth and drive within this business unit.
Responsibilities:
- Create and roll out training materials and programs to advance the development of BA's to achieve sales and service objectives
- Manages a team of trainers delivering effective trainings & workshops, adapted to each operator, including but not limited to the company, the brands, the products, the consumer experience, store operations
- Development and maintenance of a retail excellence foundations
- Building retail excellence capabilities, operationally and direct towards consumer
- Define targets setting and incentive programs and support commercial teams for implementation and tracking
- Communication Developing and managing a Communication program to Retail managers, best practice sharing in the region and within GTR
Requirements
- 8-10 years experience in retail management
- Consumer and sales focus
- Strong people management skills
- Solid experience in field coaching preferable
- Independent & self-starter
- Confident (in presenting and influencing at all levels)
- Willing to travel regularly, regional & worldwide - up to 50%
- Genuine interest in and appreciation of luxury products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in spoken & written English & Mandarin
- Computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Design software a plus)
