A luxury furniture retail company is currently looking for a passionate, interpersonal and entrepreneurial Senior Sales / Sales to join their Hong Kong operation. You will be responsible to bring in HNW individuals and support showroom manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Recruit and explore new relationship on HNW client and able to bring new lifestyle experience to them
- Maintain good relationship with clients for long-term business instead of one-off offering
- Understand specific clienteling needs and challenges, be able to tailor tools/animations support accordingly
- Ensure accuracy of client database, support in data analysis to sustain B2C sales strategy
- Provide support on showroom manager on showroom management
Key requirements:
- Degree holder in marketing, business or related field
- 7-8 years of experience in client relations management, HNW individual client management is a must (candidate without furniture experience also welcome)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills with customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications and advanced in Excel
- Good Command in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
