A global medical device company is looking for a dynamic Indirect Channel Commercial Director to join its Singapore office.
Reporting to the MD of the region, you will drive the best-in-class commercial performance and relationship of the SEA region's indirect franchisees/distributors network. This key leadership position will manage a team of business managers in the SEA countries.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the SEA region's channel strategies to achieve market goals, sales targets and profitability with the indirect franchise partners
- Evaluate franchisees' performances and identify opportunities to bring in new partners
- Strengthen distributors relationships and support their sales process (eg. advertising, marketing and training)
- Champion market share leadership and build strong sales management capability in the direct reports
Key requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SEA business development, sales management and distribution (experience in medical device industry is preferred but not critical)
- Gravitas to work with all levels of internal and external executives and senior stakeholders
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with excellent written and oral presentation skills
- Demonstrated successes in creative approaches to business needs
