Job requirements

  • Manage key suppliers across the region including but not limited to terms negotiations, new relationships development, and new initiatives design
  • Manage suppliers relationships and design strategies that are aligned to the omni-channel strategy plan
  • Drive suppliers meeting, sales meetings, workshops, and conferences regularly; perform suppliers performance management
  • Review data and insights to draw business plans and provide accurate analysis on performance
  • Perform ad hoc tasks that are required

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder with at least 10 years experience in key account management or suppliers management from a sizable FMCG company or retailer
  • Highly attention to detail; flexible and agile personality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholders' management skills
  • Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Result oriented; professional and strong work ethics
  • Ability to multitask and handle ambiguity
