Our client is an established Financial Services leader and is currently seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join their Singapore office. As an Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding teams and individuals to adopt and optimize Agile methodologies, processes, and mindsets to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and promoting Agile values and principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Transformation Leadership:
    • Lead and facilitate Agile transformations within the financial services domain, fostering an Agile mindset and culture at all levels of the organization.
    • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and methodologies to ensure successful adoption and sustained execution.
  • Team Coaching and Development:
    • Provide guidance and coaching to small teams, encouraging self-organization, collaboration, and empowerment.
    • Assist in forming high-performing teams by promoting a culture of trust, openness, and accountability.
  • Process Improvement and Optimization:
    • Collaborate with teams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in Agile processes, advocating for continuous enhancement.
    • Implement best practices and tailored Agile frameworks to optimize team performance, predictability, and value delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
    • Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure alignment of product vision, goals, and priorities with Agile practices.
    • Communicate progress, impediments, and metrics to relevant stakeholders, promoting transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Mentorship and Training:
    • Mentor and guide individuals at all levels, fostering growth and development in Agile roles and responsibilities
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance Agile knowledge and skills across the organization.
  • Metrics and Performance Measurement:
    • Establish and track key Agile metrics to evaluate team and organizational performance, using data-driven insights to drive improvements.
    • Provide guidance on leveraging metrics to make informed decisions and achieve desired business outcomes.
