Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality software solutions, applications, and features following best practices standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and provide scalable software solutions
- Lead the team to adopt and advocate for best engineering practices, and reusable module designs resulting in a quality and fast-paced deliverable
- Provide technical solutions and optimize software applications to ensure smooth functioning and high performance
- Streamline software build, testing, and deployment processes by using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar technologies
- Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to fellow team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Over 4-5 years of proven experience in backend development and system architecture design
- Proficient in Java, Golang, NodeJS, C#, Python
- Knowledge of public cloud such as AWS / Azure
- Fair command of spoken and written English
- Familiar with Agile methodology
- Experience in SQL Database
