Argyll Scott Thailand, a Hydrogen Group's recruitment consultancy firm, is working with well-known IT consulting business in Thailand. Now, they are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to support their business.

Responsibility:

Ensuring that the team's deliverables are reasonable, on schedule, and aligned with the project's objectives.
Continuously motivating and supporting the team, fostering an environment of growth and development to elevate their skills and performance to the next level
Leading and mentoring a team of software engineers in the development of high
quality, scalable applications across various platforms and technologies.

Qualifications:

Native+react+java (Expert in Any)
Experience with native mobile development using Kotlin and Swift for Android and iOS platforms.
Proficient in ReactJS and Java Spring Boot for web application development.
3+ years of experience in Technical Lead position.
Knowledge of Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes (k8s), and AWS cloud services.
Experience in leading and managing cross-functional software development teams.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with client leads and PO.
Track record of delivering projects on time and meeting quality standards.
Experience with Agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
Strong work ethic and a passion for creating a positive team culture and fostering team spirit.
