Argyll Scott is working with a global brand looking for a proactive, data driven marketer with strong communication and project co-ordination skills to drive 1:1 communication with consumers for Loyalty Marketing. This role will report directly to the Manager, Loyalty and Consumer Data. The role will also include supporting broader team initiatives in Digital & Ecommerce Marketing by identify gaps and opportunities for branding and user experience consistencies across our digital channels.
Job Scope:
- Operate the outbound communication and strategic support
- Strategic plans for all channels; SMS, chat, paid media, etc.
- Cooperate with local marketing and regional team to arrange the content timeline
- Co-ordinate internal and external SME and martech suppliers for support
- A/B test concepts and optimize templates for each touchpoint
- Be the key relationship contact with external martech providers
- Provide an analysis of the success measures to regional and country teams on a monthly basis
Qualifications:
- 5y+ of experience in digital marketing and customer loyalty or business development functions
- Passionate - about the consumer and in delivering simply outstanding experiences.
- Commercially minded - with strong analytical skills that form the basis of your insights and recommendations.
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
- Energetic, fast learner, attention to detail, communicate effectively
