Our client is a leading company with a large portfolio of well-known food businesses operating in Thailand and overseas. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the company as a Personal Assistant to the HR Director, and apply their strong organizational skills and attention to detail to the role.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
- Provide high level executive and administrative support to the HR Director
- Manage the HR Director's schedule and arrange appointments and meetings
- Collate document packs to prepare the HR Director for meetings, and coordinate with other parties to prepare meeting materials
- Coordinate work with third-party suppliers - both internal and external - to address support needs and issues on behalf of the HR Director
- Prepare draft proposals and presentations with direction from HR Director and/or support from other individuals or service departments, as necessary
- Arrange travel and accommodation, prepare itineraries and travel documents when necessary
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Art, Business Administration or related field
- At least 7-8 years relevant experience in secretarial job and/or personal assistant
- Positive attitude and good personality
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work
- Highly motivated, career minded and target driven
- Good command of English both written and verbal
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Professional communication & presentation skills
- Thai national only
