Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Articulate and convey the overarching vision, strategy, and objectives of the product, aligning them with business goals and user requirements.
  • Requirement Gathering: Extract, document, and prioritize detailed product requirements by engaging with stakeholders, conducting market research, and analyzing competition.
  • Feature Backlog Management: Formulate, oversee, and sustain the product backlog, ensuring it comprises well-defined and prioritized user stories with explicit acceptance criteria.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development teams, designers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of features, improvements, and bug fixes.
  • Roadmap Development: Cooperate with stakeholders to establish and update a dynamic product roadmap that balances immediate deliverables with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Release Planning: Strategize and coordinate product releases, guaranteeing the punctual and successful deployment of features and updates.
  • User-Centric Design: Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that the product delivers exceptional user experiences while meeting customer needs.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues in product development, proactively address them, and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Define key product metrics, monitor their performance, and leverage data-driven insights to guide product decisions and iterations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product updates, progress, and crucial decisions to stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Market and Industry Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in roles such as product manager, project manager, product owner, or similar, with a focus on tech-oriented projects.
  • Technical Background: Strong technical acumen with a solid grasp of the software development process.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in delivering software products within specified timelines and scope.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of making well-informed decisions under pressure.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English.
  • Autonomy: Ability to thrive with minimal guidance, proactively taking initiative and enjoying a high level of autonomy.
  • Passion for Technology: Enthusiasm for technology and a keen interest in staying current with the latest industry trends and advancements.
