about the job

Due to the excellent results and future expansion plans, the Agile Coach will play a crucial role drive ongoing collaboration and an Agile mindset

Across teams to the senior leadership team and everyone in between, you will work closely with everyone across the program to help nurture a culture of continuous improvement.

You will assist in helping establish key measures of success and work with the teams to help demonstrate the improvements.

You will Identify and play different roles depending on the maturity of the team's agile ways of working to get new practices established and for other teams acting as a coach to help the team and form a more established team helping them to further refine their ways of working.

You will be a role model for agile (development) within the organisation, ensuring that all stakeholders understand the agile principles and the part they need to play to contribute to achieving successful outcomes.

Cultivate an agile way of working that best supports our stakeholder and the business. Coach leaders and teams in their practice of agile, empowering them to be self-organised, and self-improving.

  • Coach leaders, teams and individuals in agile ways of working to, accelerated delivery aligned to customer value, foster team collaboration and ensure transparency and alignment of work from enterprise through to team execution
  • Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset and agile practices
  • Facilitate learning and development in individuals and teams
  • Benchmark Agile maturity and measure improvement using metrics
  • Develop Agile maturity roadmaps
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as Initiative Inceptions and Incremental Planning

skill & experiences

You will be able to demonstrate previous Agile Coaching experience across multiple teams as well as an ability to work with and influence senior leaders. You will be an exceptional communicator, well versed in a variety of agile principles and associated methodologies .

  • You are a natural servant leader, working with no agenda of your own to support those around you.
  • You are an excellent facilitator, and able to educate in agile ways of working through a variety of training, mentoring and coaching techniques at any level of knowledge or seniority.
  • You are highly effective at building partnerships within teams and across an organisation, with the ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.
  • You have experience working in teams to solve challenging problems in a complex, enterprise environment.
