  1. Participate in month-end close activities, including the review of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss (P&L), and journal adjustments to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  2. Assist in the preparation of the yearly budget, quarterly forecast, quarterly business review, and weekly financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  3. Collaborate with regional finance teams to analyze financial performance and variances against budget and forecast.
  4. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
  5. Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools to support forecasting and budgeting activities.
  6. Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities.
  7. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements in financial reporting and planning processes.
  8. Communicate financial results and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders effectively.
  9. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support business planning activities.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes impacting the medical device industry.


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, Hyperion, SAP).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices in financial planning and analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
  • Native Thai Speaker with Excellent English proficiency
