The Regional HR Business Partner, APAC is responsible for providing support to the Regional HR Director in managing the HR function for the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Build Talent Pipeline required for organization growth, renewal, succession planning, and improving bench strength through pro-active Talent Acquisition and pipelining
  • Support organization reviews & people Reviews and their follow-up actions for organization effectiveness
  • Drive HR activities, initiatives, and projects within the region through enabling best practices and establishing benchmarks to be developed and cost centrally, but cascaded with strong materials, guidance, and direction to the region
  • Use data analytics to enable HR decision-making and support priorities and recommendations, including rationalization in HR spending to ensure optimal spending for business needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a progressive HR professional, HR Business Partner in a mid to large size international enterprise or Global MNC
  • Minimum 8 years' working knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines such as talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, organization development, employee relations, and industrial relations
