A luxury brand client is looking for a regional Retail Performance and Analytics Manager to join its regional office in Singapore.
The position will unlock and drive every facets of excellent client experience and service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Use a variety retail performance tools (eg SAP/Salesforce/Microstrategy, foot traffic tracker, mystery shopping/NPS) to understand the needs of clients and store teams, and identify areas for development
- Partner with Commercial/Finance and People/HR departments to develop and implement plans to optimise productivity and efficiency, including headcount forecast and incentive programme
- Champion commercial awareness and growth mindset and partner with regional teams to improve strategic retail KPIs (eg conversation, average transaction)
- Lead and project manage retail initiatives, from pilot test to full-on implementation
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure that all employees are aligned with the company's goals and objectives
Key requirements
- Experienced in regional luxury retail operations/management for fashion, timepiece/jewellery, alcohol, beauty, and closely related categories
- Data-driven and analytical approach
- Thrives in an individual contributor position
- Strong influencing and stakeholders management skills
- Excellent written and presentation skills
Remuneration
Between S$110,000 and S$160,0000 fixed base, and variable bonus
