Category/ Trade/ Shopper Expertise
* Analyse trade channels/trends, Profitability mapping
* Constantly deliver sales input/perspective and promo/initiative volume forecast within country.
* Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the trade calendar to ensure the achievement of maximum sales and brand category presence.
Strategic Customer Planning
* Provide sales /customer perspective in the development of the portfolio's action plan and lead the customer differentiation in the action plan.
* Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the trade calendar ensuring operational and administrative excellence in the development of programs/ projects to ensure the achievement of maximum sales and brand category presence.
Sales Fundamentals Management
* Lead the development & operationalizing of local strategy on sales fundamentals (distribution, shelving, promotions, merchandising).
* Bring IN the knowledge of winning in-store (per customer) to county launch plans.
Initiative Planning and Management
* Trade Marketing leads the trade promotional activities planning process from a timing and execution perspective, in designated distribution channels
* Building on market/customer knowledge, develop the best timings, in-store support elements and logistical requirements for initiatives.
* Be the single point of contact to multi-functional teams to remove barriers & enable sales team to execute with excellence & track initiative success.
* Keep within spending budget - deployment of budget and tracking commercial operations execution
Category and Competitive Analysis
* Expert of customer performance drivers, category dynamics, financial ROI investment. Competitive set up and trade strategies. Trade activities, new products/launches/projects, trade terms.
* Contribute to organization's goals / vision to further enhance positive brand image including sales target performance and to establish trade promotional plans in designated distribution channels.
