Argyll Scott is helping the client based in UK looking for SAP Change Management Lead. This role will responsible for leading on business change for the deployment, to ensure the local business is bought in and ready to operate without disruption with the SAP solution. The SAP Change Management Lead develops change plans and has responsibility to support the readiness of the business to receive the global SAP template. Draws on support from the Deployment Teams to direct the change management activities of the Super Users/Key Users, Site Lead and local site Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities;

Business Readiness

  • Develop and execute a local stakeholder engagement plan
  • Coach and prepare leaders to lead change

Change Management Leadership

  • Lead change management activities
  • Develop local change management plan that is aligned to the global change management strategy
  • Deploy global change management toolkit
  • Support and coach SUs to act as change agents

Organisational Design

  • Work with process SMEs to facilitate the design of the Target Operating Model for the factory
  • Work with HR to align on organisation design and roles & responsibilities

Benefits

  • Drive the identification and assessment of potential benefits of change
  • Ensure that potential benefits are quantified and prioritised
  • Ensure engagement and alignment with Site Leadership in respect of key benefits to be realised
  • Establish a baseline for key benefits and a plan to track realisation

Communications and Engagement

  • Own the local communication plan, develop and then coordinate delivery of local communications artefacts and campaigns
  • Ensure that the interests of local stakeholders are effectively managed by the Deployment Teams

SAP Authorisations / Role Mapping

  • Lead and facilitate workshops to identify which users need which SAP access, in a controlled way
  • Work with local HR leads to put in place the structures needed for sustainability in BAU

Training

  • Oversee the development and schedule of local training plans
  • Track and report on training status to local leadership

Oraganization Change Management Governance

  • Identify, implement, track and report on business readiness through Leadership and OCM Governance forums
  • Proactively and effectively manage the OCM deliverables within the OCM plan and the Deployment plan

Key Qualifications;

  • Experience of organisational change management with in a large-scale programme (ideally SAP change management experience)
  • Experience of working within manufacturing
  • Excellent English language skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent language skills for local site language both verbal and written
  • Organised and methodical in general approach to work
  • Stakeholder management
  • Change planning - having a pragmatic approach to assessing priorities
  • Ability to execute in a fast pace environment
  • Problem solving skills
  • Experience of SAP training
