Argyll Scott Thailand is working with a global Tire Manufacturing Company in Thailand. They are currently looking for a "Senior Sales Manager" to join their team in Thailand. If you are energetic, and looking for a great opportunity in your career path, this is for you!
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Key roles & responsibilities:
- To maximize sales and responsible for the delivery of sales in line with company targets.
- Build, enhance and maintain excellent relationship in person with clients
- Seek sales growth opportunities by identifying customer program, requirements, products by business units, foreseeing target price and competitor information
- Raise visibility of the company's product via working with marketing and distribution with related teams.
- Manage and coach sales team.
- Interacting with existed customers regularly to gain feedback on quality and service
- Analyze sales data and present monthly sales analysis.
- Grow the portfolio sales by working with partners focused on automotive in Thailand.
- Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
Key Qualifications:
- Male/Female Age not over 45 years
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields and a Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration is a plus
- At least 10 years' experience in sales & marketing in the automotive industry
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal skill
- Self-motivation, team spirit and strong leadership, proactive
- Able to work independently and analytical in a problem-solving environment
