Our client is a local conglomerate with multiple business lines. To cope with their recent developments, they are looking for a Strategic Procurement Manager as an addition to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate oversight
- Monitor and review strategic procurement and category management strategies
- Establish procurement policies and procedures and governance framework
- Standardize process and procedures across subsidiaries and ensure governance model is properly implemented
- Monitor subsidiaries' procurement performance and ensure quality standards are met across the board
- Centre of Excellence
- Establish and manage KPIs and dashboard for procurement performance management
- Manage and track performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop framework for procurement capability review, optimize performance management tools to support formulation of procurement strategies and continuous improvement
Job requirements:
- Degree holder in Procurement, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years' experience from sizable organization in category management, data analytics, performance management or consultancy
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management mindset and analytical skills
- Excellent command in English and Chinese
