Marketing and Sales:
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives, including the creation of proposals and participation in pitching sessions.
- Represent the company, expand its network, and present at conferences and events.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, ensuring exceptional project delivery and fostering their professional growth.
- Contribute to the development of the company's consulting methodology and approach.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Over five years of experience in a consulting firm.
- Led multiple projects with at least two team members.
- Professional-level proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team of consultants to achieve project objectives and drive successful outcomes.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong skills in managing client relationships, building trust, and generating opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
