Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Strategy Development:

    • Formulate and drive the overall digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for digital innovation.
  2. Technology Integration:

    • Assess, recommend, and implement cutting-edge digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
    • Lead the integration of digital solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity across various platforms and systems.
  3. Change Management:

    • Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of digital initiatives across the organization.
    • Work closely with leadership to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  4. Team Leadership:

    • Build and lead a high-performing digital transformation team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve digital goals.
  5. Data-driven Decision Making:

    • Utilize data analytics and business intelligence to inform decision-making processes and measure the impact of digital initiatives.
    • Implement data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
  6. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Foster collaboration between IT, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure a holistic approach to digital transformation.
    • Communicate digital strategy, progress, and results to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  7. Risk Management:

    • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with digital transformation initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively address potential disruptions.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 10+ years in leading digital transformation initiatives in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and IoT.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to drive results, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • English fluency is a must.
