Argyll Scott works with an international organization based in central Bangkok to find a Technical Support Specialist to be a part of their customer support team.
We are looking for someone who has solid skills and experience in software development background, ideally mobile development, and customer facing and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end process for customer technical issues by identifying root cause of the problem and provide the suitable solution for troubleshooting.
- Act as a point of contact for customer and ensure the issues will be solved based on SLA
- Work closely with the engineering team on product enhancement tasks
- Educate product knowledge to clients
- Manage and support on internal project such as training, development program, etc
Qualifications:
- Graduated from IT or related fields
- At least 5 years' experience as the technical support or related position
- Solid skills and experience in software development fields eg Java, Python, Object C/ Swift, Kotlin, etc
- Experience in mobile/ web development project is advantageous
- Client facing experience along with a service mind
- Fluent English communication skills is a must
