Argyll Scott works with an international organization based in central Bangkok to find a Technical Support Specialist to be a part of their customer support team.

We are looking for someone who has solid skills and experience in software development background, ideally mobile development, and customer facing and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end to end process for customer technical issues by identifying root cause of the problem and provide the suitable solution for troubleshooting.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer and ensure the issues will be solved based on SLA
  • Work closely with the engineering team on product enhancement tasks
  • Educate product knowledge to clients
  • Manage and support on internal project such as training, development program, etc

Qualifications:

  • Graduated from IT or related fields
  • At least 5 years' experience as the technical support or related position
  • Solid skills and experience in software development fields eg Java, Python, Object C/ Swift, Kotlin, etc
  • Experience in mobile/ web development project is advantageous
  • Client facing experience along with a service mind
  • Fluent English communication skills is a must
