Transport Manager
Location: Bangna-Trad Road
Job Summary:
As a Transport Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the final delivery of products or services to customers. Your main responsibilities will include managing delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery, monitoring delivery costs, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage last mile delivery operations, including delivery driver management, route planning, and vehicle maintenance
- Develop and implement last mile delivery policies and procedures with 3rd party logistic to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Monitor and report on delivery performance metrics, including on-time delivery, delivery success rates, and customer satisfaction
- Manage relationships with delivery providers, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service levels are met
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of operations, including coordinating with warehouse and production teams to schedule deliveries and manage inventory
- Manage delivery costs and identify areas for cost reduction
- Analyze delivery data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics and distribution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
