We're Hiring: AI & Data Specialists for a Global Transformation Project (multiple headcount)

Multi year contract / Fully Remote

We are looking for passionate and skilled professionals for the following key roles:

🔹 Technical Lead – AI

Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions across enterprise platforms. You’ll partner closely with product, data science, and engineering teams to architect scalable models and pipelines.
Ideal background: Strong in machine learning architecture, cloud-native development, and stakeholder management. Proven leadership on AI project delivery essential.

🔹 Senior Data Scientist

Drive experimentation, modeling, and insights to solve real-world insurance problems – from risk scoring to fraud detection and pricing optimization.
Ideal background: Proficiency in Python, statistical modeling, and machine learning. Experience in insurance or financial services a strong advantage.

🔹 GenAI / ML Engineer

Deploy and operationalise generative AI models, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM fine-tuning.
Ideal background: Experience with large language models (LLMs), vector databases, and GenAI toolkits (LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.).

🔹 Software Engineer – AI Applications

Build scalable, production-grade AI solutions and integrate machine learning services into enterprise applications.
Ideal background: Strong full-stack or backend development skills (Python, APIs, cloud), with experience in MLOps or ML-integrated systems.
