AI Technical Lead

The Role

As the AI Lead, you will act as the design authority for enterprise AI architecture and lead the development of scalable, agentic AI solutions across a complex, distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the AI architecture, roadmap, and multi-agent system design across the organisation
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions, proactively identifying opportunities to optimise or rethink existing processes
• Act as a bridge between AI strategy and engineering execution, raising the technical bar across teams
• Lead and guide cross-functional development pods, embedding best practices in agentic AI development

Ideal Candidate:

• Cloud experience (Azure preferred, though not mandatory)
• Modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React) within a broader full-stack ecosystem
• Exposure to multi-model / multi-agent orchestration platforms
• Proven experience in AI architecture, machine learning systems, or advanced automation platforms
• Strong understanding of agentic AI / multi-agent systems or adjacent emerging paradigms
