Analytics Engineer

We’re hiring an Analytics Engineer to join our data team, working primarily within a DOMO environment. This hybrid role is 60–70% analytics-focused and 30–40% data engineering, responsible for transforming raw data into trusted datasets and building insightful dashboards that drive decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop data models and dashboards in DOMO to support business analytics needs.

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure clean, scalable data flows.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across systems.

• Promote best practices in data governance, version control, and model testing.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in analytics engineering, BI, or data roles.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with DOMO, dbt, and modern data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).

• Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools and version control (e.g., Git).

• Strong business acumen, communication, and problem-solving skills.
