ANZ Finance Leader – Manufacturing
Sydney | Circa $100m Turnover Business Unit

We are seeking an experienced Finance Leader to oversee the financial and commercial management of a high-growth ANZ business unit within a global MNC.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving commercial performance, providing strategic financial insight, and supporting operational decision-making acrossANZ.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all financial management, planning and analysis for the ANZ business unit
• Partner closely with the MD ANZ and APAC CFO to deliver commercial outcomes
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to drive profitability
• Provide strategic input into business growth, pricing, and cost optimisation
• Lead an ERP implementation project to enhance reporting and operational visibility
• Support manufacturing analysis and efficiency initiatives
• Manage and develop a small high-performing finance team

Experience Required:
• Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in commercial finance and FP&A within FMCG and/or manufacturing
• Strong business partnering and leadership capability
• Experience implementing ERP systems and driving process improvement
• Hands-on, commercially minded, and able to operate in a dynamic, evolving environment
