Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional and technical support for the Research Website, CRM, and research workflow & distribution systems
  • Work closely with vendors, as well as global development and application support teams, to ensure accurate delivery of technical and functional requirements
  • Conduct system quality assurance testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Perform production deployments and system upgrades as needed
  • Analyze business requirements and deliver appropriate solutions and technical support
  • Assist in project rollouts and effectively communicate timelines and progress with business stakeholders
  • Manage and track daily production issues and user requests, ensuring timely resolution and client communication
  • Monitor system performance and operations to ensure high availability
  • Collaborate with IT Security and Infrastructure teams to maintain and enhance the platform
  • Follow ITIL methodologies for incident and system change management
  • Participate in a support roster, including shift duty, weekends, and holiday coverage as required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in software development and production support
  • Strong English and Mandarin communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Python and Shell scripting for process automation
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Java, Excel/VBA
  • Familiar with Linux and Windows OS environments
  • Experience with web-based applications, web analytics, and data security
  • Exposure to system monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Geneos
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A dependable, diligent team player with a self-learning mindset
