A global beauty/personal care brand is looking for a Regional Area Manager / Key Account Manager to join its Singapore office.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this role covers Greater China cluster through appointed distributor partners. It is an individual contributor role with a strong focus on partner/distributor management, commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Greater China business across Greater China cluster
  • Own key distributor relationships and day-to-day commercial management
  • Lead contract negotiation, renewal, and commercial discussions
  • Drive sales performance, forecast accuracy, and key business KPIs
  • Work closely with regional, local, and HQ stakeholders to ensure strong execution

Key Requirements

  • More than 7 years of experience in key account/distributor management, sales, or commercial roles
  • Background in beauty, retail, fashion, FMCG, lifestyle, or similar consumer sectors
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing external partners
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder management across all levels
  • Proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin and/or Cantonese is highly preferred
